Insomnia?

So for the past week, my body has pretty much been acting weird.

What I mean by "acting weird" is that it isn't doing what it should do.

For example, I can't really fall asleep. It usually takes me 10minutes or less to fall asleep. But for the past few night, it has been taking me an hour or more to fall asleep. It really is irritating. I toss and turn in bed. It's really uncomfortable.

I also know that my body is used to 8 hours of sleep. Every single day (including weekends), from whatever time I sleep... count 8 hours and that is when I will automatically wake up. The weird thing now is that I wake up at the oddest hours. Just two days ago I fell asleep around 1 am and woke up at 4am. I felt perfectly normal and awake. I couldn't go back to sleep even though I wanted to.

When I'm at school, I'm always wide awake. But, recently, I've been feeling sleepy in my 3rd period. That is not cool! 3rd and 4th period are my favourite periods!!! (AP Biology =P)

What is happening to my circadian rhythm?!!

Also everyday after school, I will be hungry. (I don't eat school food, it is nasty.) But yesterday, I got home at 5pm and I had no appetite. Like none. At all. Don't get me wrong. Not trying to be bulimic or anorexic. I like food.

And I quote Lily, "Food is a pimp" ROFL!!!


My eye has been twitching too!! OMG!! Annoyinggg!! I've drank milk (for Ca+), ate bananas (for K+), some salty food (Na+), all those food with the salt ions! Nothing works!!! It is so annoying. It is twitching right now! =.=

I am sleepy now. I think I will go nap. Which is also weird because I never nap unless I am like sick.

What's happening to me?
Someone get a biologist and tell me what's going on!
